Yes i lovedddddd conference! such an awesome experience and i feel like i learned a ton. and yeah we gotta a BRASILEIRO as an apostle!!! im pretty sure hes the first apostle that english isnt his first language besides uchtdorf. but hes the first from south/central america so it goes to show how strong brazil is in the church. we were in the chapel listening when they announced it and the stake president on the stand did a total fist pump hahah and the chapel all gasped. My comp said it was like Brazil had just scored a goal in the world cup hahahahha. 

NO WAY. im sooooo freaking happy for erik and for his decision to go to the Lord and ask for help and get his life straight. that is sooooo so awesome im so happy rn. and to see that hes already been blessed because of it is so great. i think it will keep him on the right path for the rest of his life. That is so awesome that they are pregnant. i bet they were feeling like they wanted to really bad cause kevin and misti got pregnant so quickly. now their kids will grow up together! 

i love the scripture. it really shows that we are the only thing that stands between ourselves and the Lord. its never him who is seperating himself. a scripture that was used in conference is that jesus is standing at the door and he even KNOCKS for us! But if we accept him and let him in we will sup with him. i love that scripture and how it all connects. 

abby didnt tell me the story of cater so i wanna hear. 

i think i have an interview with president before i start training and then i think he will talk to us as a group a little. this transfer ends today and a new one starts tomorrow. this one flew by! Alvarenga will go to the capital. and also this next transfer is only 5 weeks instead of 6 for some reason so it will fly by super super fast. im so excited to train!

TO THE FAMILY:
yah boi was called to be a trainer on the mission. so ill be training one of the 10-12 people that will enter on the mission. im completely humbled by the opportunity that im gonna be the companion that has an effect on the rest of his mission but im super pumped. I cant believe im actually gonna train already! Idk who it is yet but ill find out tomorrow and they will post videos and pictures on the mission facebook page.

its ok mom. just sad and confused. but i know the lord has a plan. just dont understand why it had to happen this way.  she is dating someone i think. he kinda looks like me lol except he has huge ears. your right. its just time to turn a corner. no matter how hard that is. im gonna write her a letter today just telling her how i feel and be done with it. im being transferred. I will go to Jardim Simos and be with an elder I dont know. I will be the senior companion which is really cool. Hes a brazilian, just finished his traning, and has about only 3 months on the mission. Good morning my sweet boy! How was your week? I’m hoping there were some baptisms and the people followed through on their commitments:) Did you love conference? One of my favorite things about it was how I knew we were sitting there doing the exact same thing at the same time! That was comforting to me. I absolutely loved it! If you didn’t get a chance to watch the women’s broadcast you should try. I will send you an Ensign conference edition when it gets here so you can read all the talks again and study them. I feel like I received many personal messages from the talks. So many of them focused on our ability to stay faithful and receive comfort during trials... not one minute of our suffering is wasted. It is all for our good and our growth. That was one of the messages that I took away and feel strengthened by.  I also felt a recommitment to strengthening my conversion.
