Grayson and Mom on a Mission

yo momma! Good fast week....and WE BAPTIZED! We were able to baptize Junior on Saturday. He was always tough to tell with progress the last 2 weeks, but this past week he really hit it on. He always had good good doubts, but doubts we were always able to answer them. On thursday we asked him about baptism and he seemed he would be ready this transfer but we were unsure about this weekend. But we went back friday and gave him a few options and he just said "ah lets do it tomorrow." haha it was so awesome and the spirit just rushed through me in that moment and i felt an immense happiness. its my favorite happiness on the mission its incredible. You just realize the choice someone is making and it makes you feel so good and that God is truly in control. So I baptized him on saturday and then we confirmed him in church on Sunday. And now the awesome part is we should start teaching his wife soon and his brother. hes super motivated to help them make the same step. so we will see...

But i have a second to let you know at least that it will be tomorrow. i think ill be on late, like maybe 4 or 5 o clock tomorrow, cause the bus ride from Campinas is like an hour and a half. Hi Baby boy! Did you get your package?  I hope so.  I'm also excited you get to go to the temple this week.  I'm trying to go tomorrow so we can be at the temple at the same time.  I love thinking that it keeps us close together even though we are thousands of miles apart.   Well, we have another house!  Under contract!  Our inspection is today so we will know if we are moving forward today:)  I'm very excited but nervous of course too.  It is something new and I want this to be a great investment that will be profitable so our investor will want to do many more of these with us.  Just keep me in your prayers that I will be able to do the work and then sell it for a great profit.  I'm hoping this is the beginning of a new chapter for me and a great business.  It is exciting!  I'll send you some pictures next week if we move forward.  It is a nice house with a great pool and in a golf course community....

Yo momma! that is awesome i cant believe i have a new little baby cousin! oh my goodness zelda is baddddd lol, but zel is much better even if its still a little odd. im so happy for kevin especially after getting that email from him. he finally is getting that happiness that i think everyone deserves so that is so cool. i miss our fam so much!! Good morning my beautiful son!   Well.. the big news is you have a new cousin!  Harper Zel Brand (don't even ask "why Zel???"  Misti wanted it to be Zelda after her grandma but Kevin put his foot  down so they compromised on Zel).  She was born Monday night just before 8pm.  I was there at the hospital because Ama called me and said MIsti was getting ready to push.  But when I got there, that wasn't the case.  You have to be dialated to a 10 before you can start pushing and she was stuck at 9 for hours.  They felt the baby was in distress so they did a c-section (cut open Misti's abdomen and pull the baby out that way) and she was born 10 minutes later!  Kevin was really stressed and so to see him come out of the operating room with the nurse wheeling the baby down the hall... he had the biggest smile on his face.  When I hugged him we both were in tears.  It was a really special moment.  Abby and I went back to t...

yo momma! i know 6 months feels pretty crazy! holy moly. it honestly went fast for 6 months i think. and the next 6 will only go faster so thats pretty crazy. ill burn a tie tomorrow cause i think tomorrow is 6 months technically. but idk if i should kinda title my big email 6 months this week or next week?? cause i wont have my tie burning vid until next week.  thank you for your love and prayers and thoughts mom. im doing ok. still kinda just on the recovery process from all this. but its getting better for sure. i know that the only place i will find true happiness is just getting lost in this work.
