awh the harper video is cute! She is similar to Pamela's baby i feel like. 

We did have a baptism this week! Carla was baptized! The daughter of Carlos. It was super. She actually became a lot happier than i thought, cause i know she was a little scared about it all. But it was pretty crazy we literally taught her almost everything on friday and then friday night the ward had a party and the zone leaders interviewed her and then saturday afternoon was the baptism. Its cool cause its another family united in the gospel. Neither Carla talks with her mom much which is the ex wife of Carlos so they are really all they have. So that is really cool that they have the gospel together now. 

We almosttttt baptized Micheal this week. He is a crazy story that i will tell in my big email. But he was someone we were lightly planning on for next week if it was gonna happen at all. Cause we needed to teach him the Word of Wisdom and the Law of Chastity and we knew he had problems with them both. But we taught them on tuesday and wednesday to him and he was super desirous to start to live these laws. He told us that he was completely denying coffee and even coke at work (LOL he thought coke was against the word of wisdom and when we told him that it wasnt he got super mad cause he sad he denied a perfectly good, chilled coke lol). He also deleted all the pornography he had the night we taught him law of chastity. he was doing super super great and we decided it was better to do the baptism this week cause he was totally ready. he was even interviewed and passed with the zone leaders but on saturday he went to work in sao paulo and ended up not returning. and then he said he ended up drinking one can of beer. then he felt bad and guilty and called us to tell us. this was sunday afternoon. we told him it was all good and we understand and we will help him throughout this week so he can be baptized sunday. i think it should work out he has a ton of desire and good support from his mom who wants him on a good path too. 

also we still have bruno who is rafaels brother. we would really like to baptize him sunday cause Richardy (pamela and rafaels son) will be baptized sunday as well. IT would be so sick to see them both baptized together. But those are our good options for this week. LAST WEEK IN THIS AREA LOL

That is awesome about the other house, two more contracts (!!!! even if one is little) but that is seriously so awesome for you mom. I will continue to pray for the flip house.

Thats awesome about Lindsey i love to hear that this work will have one more person working to bring souls to the kingdom of God. HOly moly crazy weather!!! 

I should get the package next tuesday at the transfer. Initiatories? haha i forgot what that is. all my temple vocab is in portuguese now. 

I didnt even know that he wrote other descriptions of the first vision. I always just saw the one in d&c. but i love that one. I even have it memorized in portuguese(; i say it quite often. 

thats awesome you are doing the books. i will love to look at them when i get home. 2017 was a great year! and that vacay was super great as well.

its ok mom. just sad and confused. but i know the lord has a plan. just dont understand why it had to happen this way.  she is dating someone i think. he kinda looks like me lol except he has huge ears. your right. its just time to turn a corner. no matter how hard that is. im gonna write her a letter today just telling her how i feel and be done with it. im being transferred. Good morning my sweet boy! How was your week? I’m hoping there were some baptisms and the people followed through on their commitments:) Did you love conference? One of my favorite things about it was how I knew we were sitting there doing the exact same thing at the same time! That was comforting to me. I absolutely loved it! If you didn’t get a chance to watch the women’s broadcast you should try. I will send you an Ensign conference edition when it gets here so you can read all the talks again and study them. I feel like I received many personal messages from the talks. So many of them focused on our ability to stay faithful and receive comfort during trials... not one minute of our suffering is wasted. It is all for our good and our growth. That was one of the messages that I took away and feel strengthened by.  I also felt a recommitment to strengthening my conversion.
