Hi my sweet son!!

How is my favorite Zone Leader??? 

I am in Utah! I arrived yesterday. I came out to go to Education Week which I love so much!  Seminary starts tomorrow so Im missing the first week but I'll be doing such great preparation this week.  I'm going to be studying about Joseph Smith a lot and the Doctrine and Covenants.  Last year I left education week to come home and get you ready to leave!  So crazy that you've been out almost 1 year now.  

Speaking of seminary, so I asked for a team teacher this year and the whole stake actually moved to having team teachers for every class now... however, the woman they called to be my partner has a concussion and won't be able to teach for a month or two at least!  UGH!  So thats kinda hard.  I feel bad for her because she pretty much doesn't leave the house. But I was really looking forward to cutting my work load in half.  But that won't happen for a while now.  I have a big class this year!  26 kids.  Holy Cow! Its gonna be interesting! 

We're having fun at the Sandersons.  Ama is with me too.  We had a great church meeting today with a missionary farewell.  He's gonna be serving in Guatemala city.  Holla!

Our ward is gonna split next week.  We're gonna end up in a different ward than the Opfars.  so sad about it!  So now Whitley place, Whispering farms, and greenspoint will all be part of the Prosper 2nd Ward.  So now all of what used to be the Prosper Ward just 6 years ago, will now be a total of 6 wards!  Can you believe it?! The new ward will be out where ama and poppop live.  The problem is we will now have 5 wards in our building.  So the rumors are we might go to a 2.5 hour block of meetings. Isn't that crazy!  We have land for  new building but the city is stalling because they don't want another mormon church in town.  UGH!  We need the new building so much!  

We had a little flood in your bathroom this week!  Its hard to explain but basically your sink area got soaked.  All of your drawers were full of water!  Some of the water came through the floor onto Sam's ceiling.  So the insurance company is coming tomorrow to give us an estimate to fix it.  We are thinking we will use this opportunity to move the bathroom to the hall closet like we talked about doing.  That will give you your own bathroom and Abby her own.  So maybe its actually a blessing in disguise.  We'll keep you updated.

Tell me all about your week sweet boy! I would love to hear more in your letters about the things you are learning besides all of the amazing things you are doing.  I want to hear both.  Tell me about your zone leader responsibilities and your investigators this week.  How are you eating?  Are you feeling healthy?  How are you and your companion doing together?

its ok mom. just sad and confused. but i know the lord has a plan. just dont understand why it had to happen this way.  she is dating someone i think. he kinda looks like me lol except he has huge ears. your right. its just time to turn a corner. no matter how hard that is. im gonna write her a letter today just telling her how i feel and be done with it. im being transferred. I will go to Jardim Simos and be with an elder I dont know. I will be the senior companion which is really cool. Good morning my sweet boy! How was your week? I’m hoping there were some baptisms and the people followed through on their commitments:) Did you love conference? One of my favorite things about it was how I knew we were sitting there doing the exact same thing at the same time! That was comforting to me. I absolutely loved it! If you didn’t get a chance to watch the women’s broadcast you should try. I will send you an Ensign conference edition when it gets here so you can read all the talks again and study them. I feel like I received many personal messages from the talks. So many of them focused on our ability to stay faithful and receive comfort during trials... not one minute of our suffering is wasted. It is all for our good and our growth. That was one of the messages that I took away and feel strengthened by.  I also felt a recommitment to strengthening my conversion. Hey buddy!    I’m glad I finally get a chance to sit down and write. Baby stuff has taken over my life but we are very excited to have Harper with us in the next few weeks.
