soooooo ya boy is a ZONE LEADER!!! hahah i was pretty pumped. Im in an area called Parada Pinto in the capital. Its in the same zone as Freguesia so i should be able to do a division and see my old area and check up on things. Im with Elder Hequer. He is 26 years old! He only has this transfer and one more on the mission left. He joined the church 1 year before his mission started, but has lots of good knowledge about the scriptures and about the church. He is a cool guy, we get along pretty well. If we argue its not like a mad argument jus a working through things. He is really obedient which is good haha. I just cant stand to leave on pday with shirt and tie, but whatever. But it should be a good transfer and we are super excited to see what we can do. This area is baptizing a tonnnnn so its big shoes to fill haha but im just gonna put my trust in God and let it all work out. My meeting with President was with 3 other guys who were being called as zone leaders. it was cool because to be a zone leader is really top dawg on the mission. many many people get to be district leaders but zone leaders is much more rare. I CRIED saying goodbye to pamela and rafael. it was super sad. but i know they will be ok. Jairo will take care of them at least for the next 6 weeks. I realized that any time i am transferred back to the interior, i will stop by the chapel of Jardim Simus. So i can always call them to come and visit me really quick. I havent goten your package yet... but we have a zone meeting on tuesday in the office so if it is there i will get it then.

i love the thought on high expectations. sister ribeiro talked about that recently. i know as a missionary of JC, he has high expectations of me. and If i am obedient and try my hardest i have the right to count on blessings that come. because if God promises something i know he can never break that promise. "i have learned for myself" is cool too because the kids will see that they need to gain their own testimony asap so that they can face the winds and storms when they come on a foundation of their own rock and on the rock of JC.

im glad the fun family nights are continuing! i cant believe abby is leaving next month!!!! what day does she leave to drive up there? Who will go with her to drop her off, just you? I wanna see pics and vids of dad and the adults on the big slip and slide hahaa.

I know you will do great with the flip house! you have great taste and lots of experience so just trust in yourself that you can make it look great and find a buyer!

Awh that makes me happy that you fasted for me today. I can feel yalls love even from far!

Mom i seriously love you so much and i miss you like no other. The transition has been a little tough this week, but ive been looking to find happiness in the spiritual tihngs.

I will go to Jardim Simos and be with an elder I dont know. I will be the senior companion which is really cool. Hes a brazilian, just finished his traning, and has about only 3 months on the mission. Im so glad and relieved. i was just ready to leave aguiar. he is just a difficult person sometimes.  love you mom.  yeah that sounds really difficult and probably something that would be really hard to do at the mission office haha. ok thank you for looking it up.  I love you so freaking much mom! Good morning my sweet boy! How was your week? I’m hoping there were some baptisms and the people followed through on their commitments:) Did you love conference? One of my favorite things about it was how I knew we were sitting there doing the exact same thing at the same time! That was comforting to me. I absolutely loved it! If you didn’t get a chance to watch the women’s broadcast you should try. I will send you an Ensign conference edition when it gets here so you can read all the talks again and study them. I feel like I received many personal messages from the talks. So many of them focused on our ability to stay faithful and receive comfort during trials... not one minute of our suffering is wasted. It is all for our good and our growth. That was one of the messages that I took away and feel strengthened by.  I also felt a recommitment to strengthening my conversion. That also seemed to be a theme of conference. Are we living the gospel by going through the motions and check...

Hey buddy!    I’m glad I finally get a chance to sit down and write. Baby stuff has taken over my life but we are very excited to have Harper with us in the next few weeks. Excited for you to meet your new little cousin when you return. Sounds like you are doing really well! I know you’ve had minor struggles and home sickness along the way, but it’s good to see you pumped and positive. Sounds like you’re doing a great job!     Hey listen, I know everyone has chimed in on the girl situation and you’re probably tired of talking about it at this point, but I wanted to try to talk to you about it as well because I’ve had the unwelcome pleasure of going through 3 life changing heart breaks that I never thought I’d recover from so I can speak to you from experience and hopefully put some perspective on things.     I had been with Alicia for 5 years, we were in love but it was more than that. It was how the family loved her, how much I loved her family and ...
