yo yo momma! Wow looks like you had an awesome, fun week. Thats also awesome to hear that lindsey is in the MTC! I love to know that one more person will have the amazing experience to be able to serve the Lord on a mission and bring people to His church.

That sounds like a fun get together with all your friends. Thats kinda crazy that 2 of them ended up marrying after so many years. Your pictures are awesome and ive still got a good looking momma! I do miss that cali trip. I have tons of pics from the trip, so when i get out my picture book its good to see those moments we had. Its awesome to be able to meet up with friends after so many years and still see that they are strong in the gospel and such great people.

im glad the dogs recognized you! i hope they recognize me in the same way! haha.

I love that spiritual thought! I feel like ive heard it before but i never looked at it the way you explained it. Its so true. Thats why blessings dont come right away. also its why maybe a bad consequence comes right away. It works both ways. But in the end, all of us should realize that obedience brings 10x the blessings into our lives than any other way.

Well this was a crazy week. In the leadership meeting, president literally did a transfer in the moment (called an emergency transfer) and sent Rodrigues to an area called Guapira and a new ZL was called to be with me. His name is Elder Perigolo! He is from Rio de Janeiro. I really like him and we were already friends before this on the mission. He has one transfer less than me, but has never been an ZL. I think thats been the challenge with him in these days. Ive got to train him that as a ZL its a little different. Theres no such thing as a minute wasted. Hes a little more chill, but i gotta teach him to get out there and work our butts off. But with time, he will get used to it like i did. I was wayyy sad that Rodrigues left cause we were chill and we were doing so well together. But just gotta trust in the decision of president. This week we were able to teach a couple good lessons and find some good people. But in the end, only Giovanna and Halley were at church. They have been going with Lucianno and Alessandra for like 2 months now, but their parents havent allowed the baptism yet. Its a little sad, cause they are literally members already, jsut without the baptism. So we have got to work something out before the end of this transfer. We are also teaching and wanting to baptize Alessandra's sister. She is pretty cool and Lucianno and Alessandra continue to blow me away. Our baptisms should come at the end of the transfer, but we are excited to lay the base with these people so in a few weeks they can be baptized. But its going well and excited to get out there for another week of work.

I love you momma! Thanks for the birthday wish. Its all good. This week or next week is good. My last Bday away from home!!! haha

I will go to Jardim Simos and be with an elder I dont know. I will be the senior companion which is really cool. Hes a brazilian, just finished his traning, and has about only 3 months on the mission. Im so glad and relieved. i was just ready to leave aguiar. he is just a difficult person sometimes.  love you mom.  yeah that sounds really difficult and probably something that would be really hard to do at the mission office haha. ok thank you for looking it up.  I love you so freaking much mom! You are my hero! Sorry that it has to be all annoying like this. I will defini...

Good morning my sweet boy! How was your week? I’m hoping there were some baptisms and the people followed through on their commitments:) Did you love conference? One of my favorite things about it was how I knew we were sitting there doing the exact same thing at the same time! That was comforting to me. I absolutely loved it! If you didn’t get a chance to watch the women’s broadcast you should try. I will send you an Ensign conference edition when it gets here so you can read all the talks again and study them. I feel like I received many personal messages from the talks. So many of them focused on our ability to stay faithful and receive comfort during trials... not one minute of our suffering is wasted. It is all for our good and our growth. That was one of the messages that I took away and feel strengthened by.  I also felt a recommitment to strengthening my conversion. That also seemed to be a theme of conference. Are we living the gospel by going through the motions and check...

Hey buddy!    I’m glad I finally get a chance to sit down and write. Baby stuff has taken over my life but we are very excited to have Harper with us in the next few weeks. Excited for you to meet your new little cousin when you return. Sounds like you are doing really well! I know you’ve had minor struggles and home sickness along the way, but it’s good to see you pumped and positive. Sounds like you’re doing a great job!     Hey listen, I know everyone has chimed in on the girl situation and you’re probably tired of talking about it at this point, but I wanted to try to talk to you about it as well because I’ve had the unwelcome pleasure of going through 3 life changing heart breaks that I never thought I’d recover from so I can speak to you from experience and hopefully put some perspective on things.     I had been with Alicia for 5 years, we were in love but it was more than that. It was how the family loved her, how much I loved her family and ...
