hahah thats funny grant turner is leaving. Im soooo proud of parker!! yeah i saw the first presidency and the 12 at the temple!! that was a legendaryyyyyyy photo from the temple with the statues. That temple would be a cool one to visit. DId you see the articles about Elder Uchtdorf here in brazil?? he had planned a mission tour with our mission but then he had a mix up in his schedule.....But all the bishops and stake presidents from our mission had a meeting with him. Look up the articles on lds.org.

I really wanna visit a few temples when i get back. I think its a great goal to go once a month. Are you going once a month nigga???? dad said one time while i was on the mish that he hadnt been in a few (like 5) months. You guys need to just meet up after his work at the temple every month!

Thats awesome! Send me pics of taylor austins husband! and thats way sweet that abby is gonna be a bridesmaid. Im glad they have been able to become good friends.

My week was ehhh. We had a couple rough spots with our investigators. Vitoria kinda cut us, well not actually her, but her mom. I think her mom was totally against it. She said she loved the church, but that she wasnt gonna leave her church. And she kinda hinted and said maybe when im already legal (when shes 18) i can look into the church again. Its super weird, like she still wants to serve a mission haha. And the other family we were teaching kinda cut us too. Its not certain, we will still go back this week, but it was super weird. THey were soooo interested in the first lesson and then out of no where she sent a text and said not to go visit them cause they werent gonna be able to go to church on sunday. It was super hard having to keep working through those 2 disappointments but it will all work out. We have a guy who is coming to church in our ward for like a good 6 months. he is seriously such a super super cool guy. hes crazy rich haha and his son met the missionaries while he was studying in the US and came back to Brazil and was baptized. Then he went back to the us and is already studying at BYU I since january. But he has been investigating the church and he is dope. I know his biggest problem is that his wife doesnt go with him and he would really like her to. he feels a little without support. But we will work a lot with him. He has already done a FHE with president and his family haha. so my goal is before going home i wanna baptize him. He would be a sickkkkk member.

work in the office is super super busy, but good. Im liking the work a lot its just literally crazy. i dont take a break to do anything. but its super interesting the work and i think it will help me in the future. I havent been able to translate the letter yet. Ive been super busy haha. But I will try to do it soon and send it off to them. I talked to them on the phone on sunday and they are doing soooo great. Way better than last time i called. They had some doubts last time but they seem much better. They have been kinda off and on with tithing and i think they know they have to be 100% to be sealed so i think that might be a little hard. But i told them there are a lot of people that can help them if they really need something. But they certainly need to pay tithing first. they are super excited about entering in the temple and i think this letter will help a ton. THey are gonna go soon to do baptisms i think. Pamela will be able to baptize her parents cause they were both assassinated when she was like 12.

thats funny cause it rained sooooo much here too. It was tough because of the rain too. Its hard to do a lot when its pouring rain. I will pray for the flip house as well!

But i love you momma! thank you for everything!

I will go to Jardim Simos and be with an elder I dont know. I will be the senior companion which is really cool. Hes a brazilian, just finished his traning, and has about only 3 months on the mission. Im so glad and relieved. i was just ready to leave aguiar. he is just a difficult person sometimes.  love you mom.  yeah that sounds really difficult and probably something that would be really hard to do at the mission office haha. ok thank you for looking it up.  I love you so freaking much mom! You are my hero! Sorry that it has to be all annoying like this. I will defini...

Good morning my sweet boy! How was your week? I’m hoping there were some baptisms and the people followed through on their commitments:) Did you love conference? One of my favorite things about it was how I knew we were sitting there doing the exact same thing at the same time! That was comforting to me. I absolutely loved it! If you didn’t get a chance to watch the women’s broadcast you should try. I will send you an Ensign conference edition when it gets here so you can read all the talks again and study them. I feel like I received many personal messages from the talks. So many of them focused on our ability to stay faithful and receive comfort during trials... not one minute of our suffering is wasted. It is all for our good and our growth. That was one of the messages that I took away and feel strengthened by.  I also felt a recommitment to strengthening my conversion. That also seemed to be a theme of conference. Are we living the gospel by going through the motions and check...

Hey buddy!    I’m glad I finally get a chance to sit down and write. Baby stuff has taken over my life but we are very excited to have Harper with us in the next few weeks. Excited for you to meet your new little cousin when you return. Sounds like you are doing really well! I know you’ve had minor struggles and home sickness along the way, but it’s good to see you pumped and positive. Sounds like you’re doing a great job!     Hey listen, I know everyone has chimed in on the girl situation and you’re probably tired of talking about it at this point, but I wanted to try to talk to you about it as well because I’ve had the unwelcome pleasure of going through 3 life changing heart breaks that I never thought I’d recover from so I can speak to you from experience and hopefully put some perspective on things.     I had been with Alicia for 5 years, we were in love but it was more than that. It was how the family loved her, how much I loved her family and ...
